I am a passionate clinical social worker licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C! I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Adelphi University in New York, and I have been a practicing therapist for nearly a decade. In my practice, my focus is on helping adults navigate and process a variety of life transitions, complex trauma experiences, and challenging interpersonal relationships. My mission is to guide individuals through the process of developing a deeper self-understanding and cultivating effective strategies for coping with the challenges that life presents to us.
